    I like this vitamin D3 and K2 supplement but wish the Live Conscious company would package their supplements in smaller more appropriate sized bottles so for that reason alone I took away 1 star. I really like the small size of the soft gel. I had my D level tested twice because the doctor ordered the wrong test the first time. The proper test is the Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy, and my level was 55.1. You want your level to be in the 30.0-100.0 (ng/mL) zone. People seem to worry a lot about Vitamin D toxicity with a 5000 IU supplement. It has never been a problem for me.

I had ran out for a while and could tell the difference. So for that reason alone , who doesn't want more clarity and energy.So I am ordering my 2nd bottle and I will try not to run out of them again.

    I researched and researched and researched some more on vitamin brands. I think everyone has a different experience based off expectations. I couple this vitamin with vitamin C, zinc 15mg, b12, and vitamin E - all different manufacturers - and it works for me - no colds, stuffiness, etc even though everybody else in my house has suffered through seasonal illnesses - they don’t take vitamins, but again we are all created differently!

    Shipping product in the summer heat an issue; no additional packaging to protect product. Gels did not burst upon delivery, but they did meld together into one glob. Capsules burst when attempted to individually pull apart. After six months of use no issues with the supplement quality. No noticed flavor or taste when swallowed. Product is not returnable.In my opinion, wait until daily average temperature drops to order.

    I bought this product on Amazon in June 2022. It had good reviews overall, and since I have been fighting low levels of vitamin D3 for years and after watching videos about the importance of vitamin D3 with K2, I decided to buy a product that has both (it makes it easier to take daily). Well, this is good product with a very good value (I thought to myself), but I didn't notice that the first ingredient is sunflower seed oil. I was diagnosed with IBS and other GI issues, so I am trying to be very careful what I put in my body, and I was very disappointed (my bad for not reading the ingredients), and that sunflower seed oil is one of the ingredients. Sunflower oil, soybean oil, canola oil, etc. they are bad and cheap fillers. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but they are not good.Not sure if customer service will read my review, but I hope they would consider switching to virgin olive oil or coconut oil. They do have a good product; it will just be better and healthier. I am running out of these vitamins but unfortunately, I will have to find for a different product. I hope you consider adding olive oil or coconut oil instead sunflower oil. I understand you will have to increase the price, but you get what you paid for it, right? Our health has no price value.

    Most of the hype out there about health products is based on small studies with intuitive leaps.. Who knows. With all the health stuff out there it's hard to judge. In 10 to 20 years of good double blind studies we'll find out if this is really good. From what I've read, I say I think so. We certainly need vitamin D-3. There dose seem to be some fair evidence that vitamin K2 does encourage calcium to go to bone and not to blood vessels. Ask me in 20 years.

    Don’t be surprised that the bottle will not appear full. I actually counted them when I got it because I could not believe they were 30 in there but there were 31! If you turn the bottle upside down all the pills fit within the lid and the neck of the bottle and the rest will be completely empty.

    I really have no complaints about the vitamin itself. It's a good product, sealed, and packaged carefully. But the plastic bottle is so large compared to the # of supplements! Why sell containers that are less than half full?? Wasteful Packaging! Maybe increase the number of supplements or slightly reduce the size of the bottle a bit? With the word Nature in the title, I hope the company will keep nature in mind.

    I always wonder if I'm getting what the bottle says when I buy supplements. And after testing at "almost the lowest level" he's ever seen, my doctor recommended I get a D3 + K2 supplement. These two vitamins work together. The D3 is good for so many things, especially my bones and immunity. As he explained it, the K2 is necessary to make sure calcium is deposited in my bones rather than building up as plaques in my arteries.I've been taking this supplement for several months now and my last blood test showed my Vit D level to be back well within the normal range.Aside from it raising my D3 level, this pill is small and very easy to take. No sticking in my throat.My only negative criticism is about the packaging. The bottle is far too big, which means a large amount of plastic is used to bottle 30 tiny little pills. That's extremely wasteful and contributes unnecessarily to plastic waste. The manufacturer needs to do better. The big bottle is just a marketing trick and isn't fooling us into thinking we are getting more. The bottle is plainly marked as containing 30. Please consider using an appropriately sized bottle.

    I have not started the product yet, but I’m sure it will be good as everything else I have ordered from Live conscious was a helpful product. My concern and issue is with the packaging. I ordered the 120 day supply/ 2- 60 day supplies and they could have all been fit into one bottle that was much smaller than each of these; especially considering they are plastic. As you can see, there is plenty of room in each of these bottles by where I indicated with the white line. So, like I said, so far, great products, but packaging changes should be considered.

    I wanted a solid dose of Vit D (10,000 IU) along with my Vit K2 as MK7 (200mg) this option delivers. There is a nice coconut oil aroma from the jar, though I've never had issues with the smell of any Vit D or K2 this one smells pleasant. The only issue I had was that when I received the bottle and opened it, about 90% of the pills were one big blob. I shook it a few times to break them up and it didn't work. I was about to kickoff a return on Amazon, however, I broke the blob up enough to get it out and found it wasn't hard, solid. I was able to break up the pills back into individuals and put them back in the bottle. There was a silica gel packet in there, it was winter (low humidity) and so not sure what happened, unless one of the small capsules is leaking. Nonetheless, I'll most likely but these again.

    The pills I received are substantially smaller than the pictures in the listing, as well as other reviewers photos. This pill is in fact so small that it's actually not even possible for it to contain 10,000 IU of D3 as well as 200mcg of K2. This one, 10K D3 pill is smaller than every other 5K D3 pill I've ever taken. It's suspicious, and even the name of this company seems fishy. "Deal supplements"? Guess I'll just be throwing the rest of these away and buying from a more reputable company.*****Updated review.Ordered a 10K IU from another supp company that I'm more familiar with, size -wise, it was identical to the ones received from Deal Supps. Though the size of the pill is smaller than indicated in other photos in the listing, it seems to be consistent with what other companies are delivering their 10K IU pills in. Guess when it comes to micrograms, they just add more filler to make the pills easy enough to grab and swallow.

    I ordered K2D3 to help remove calcification from my heart, based on research I had done on medical sites. I haven't been taking it long enough to know if it is being effective. The first bottle I ordered was easy to put into the daily supplement containers. However the second time I ordered the gel caps were all stuck together like a bunch of grapes. That made it difficult to separate them enough to remove them from the bottle. They did not separate easily. I'll keep taking it, but perhaps try different brand.
