    This product would have been perfect if not for the artifical flavor/sweetener which is TOTALLY unnecessary, but ruins the health profile of the d3. My face and scalp have been uncomfortably itchy since the last 2 days I started taking this product. It's the only thing I added.As soon as i put it in my mouth i could tell there's something unnatural about the taste. It has an unnatural flagrant flavor that couldn't just be coconut oil. And I am very sensitive to artifical sweenters/flavors.Beware. It's not returnable.

    I don’t feel more energetic, I’ve not noticed any weight loss. If it’s doing something, it’s not been noticeable. Perhaps idk what to look for.

    While the pill is small it has a rubber like coating and my husband struggles to swallow. Also it’s a huge plastic bottle with barely any pills, could make packaging much smaller. I ordered subscription which started at 7+ dollars and in just 3 months increased to 10+ dollars so I wouldn’t do a subscription again. The positive is the pills are tiny, I have little issue swallowing.

    I have nothing bad to say about the pill itself, simple, Straightforward vitamin D pill.The packaging is my issue. There are 30 pills in this bottle but you have a bottle size that can fit 30x the amount.

    5000 IU + K2 is about the limit you can safely take without risking hypercalcemia. I need this to bring my levels up. However switching brands as this is way too expensive. There are other quality brands that that have a much better price.

    I made the mistake of buying this and taking it everyday since I am low on Vitamin D. I loved that it was paired with K2, but I didn't talk with my doctor first. When I finally talked to her and showed her what I was taking, she said 10,000 IU is way too much and I shouldn't take more than 2,000 IU a day. She said this amount is given to people who are on the extreme side of deficiency and even then they don't take it everyday... Just beware and talk to your doctor first.
