    For years I have been lacking in Vitamin D when I get my annual bloodwork and I’m always put on prescription Vitamin D for about 6 weeks. After using this brand my Vitamin D numbers were so high that my Doctor told me to just take one every other day. This is the first over the counter vitamin I’ve ever taken that I can see real results. I’ve been taking them for about a year now and will never stop. I highly recommend!

    I like this vitamin D3 and K2 supplement but wish the Live Conscious company would package their supplements in smaller more appropriate sized bottles so for that reason alone I took away 1 star. I really like the small size of the soft gel. I had my D level tested twice because the doctor ordered the wrong test the first time. The proper test is the Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy, and my level was 55.1. You want your level to be in the 30.0-100.0 (ng/mL) zone. People seem to worry a lot about Vitamin D toxicity with a 5000 IU supplement. It has never been a problem for me.

I couple this vitamin with vitamin C, zinc 15mg, b12, and vitamin E - all different manufacturers - and it works for me - no colds, stuffiness, etc even though everybody else in my house has suffered through seasonal illnesses - they don’t take vitamins, but again we are all created differently!

Capsules burst when attempted to individually pull apart. After six months of use no issues with the supplement quality. No noticed flavor or taste when swallowed. My face and scalp have been uncomfortably itchy since the last 2 days I started taking this product. It's the only thing I added.As soon as i put it in my mouth i could tell there's something unnatural about the taste. It has an unnatural flagrant flavor that couldn't just be coconut oil. And I am very sensitive to artifical sweenters/flavors.Beware. It's not returnable.

    I’ve been taking vitamin d for a while but I recently switched to this brand because it offers k2 and a higher dosage of vitamin d. I’m more than half way through the bottle and I recently got my vitamin d levels checked. The results were great, for the first time in a long time I’m not vitamin d deficient. For context I’m a dark skin black women (the darker the skin, the harder it is to absorb vitamin d through sunlight) who works overnight. It’s harder for me to get vitamin d, so I need more than what is offered in most multivitamins. According to my blood work these are working and I will purchase again.

    I bought this product on Amazon in June 2022. It had good reviews overall, and since I have been fighting low levels of vitamin D3 for years and after watching videos about the importance of vitamin D3 with K2, I decided to buy a product that has both (it makes it easier to take daily). Well, this is good product with a very good value (I thought to myself), but I didn't notice that the first ingredient is sunflower seed oil. I was diagnosed with IBS and other GI issues, so I am trying to be very careful what I put in my body, and I was very disappointed (my bad for not reading the ingredients), and that sunflower seed oil is one of the ingredients. Sunflower oil, soybean oil, canola oil, etc. they are bad and cheap fillers. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but they are not good.Not sure if customer service will read my review, but I hope they would consider switching to virgin olive oil or coconut oil. They do have a good product; it will just be better and healthier. I am running out of these vitamins but unfortunately, I will have to find for a different product. I hope you consider adding olive oil or coconut oil instead sunflower oil. I understand you will have to increase the price, but you get what you paid for it, right? Our health has no price value.

I ordered subscription which started at 7+ dollars and in just 3 months increased to 10+ dollars so I wouldn’t do a subscription again. The positive is the pills are tiny, I have little issue swallowing.

    Most of the hype out there about health products is based on small studies with intuitive leaps.. Who knows. With all the health stuff out there it's hard to judge. In 10 to 20 years of good double blind studies we'll find out if this is really good. From what I've read, I say I think so. We certainly need vitamin D-3. There dose seem to be some fair evidence that vitamin K2 does encourage calcium to go to bone and not to blood vessels. Ask me in 20 years.

My only nit pick is that the bottle could hold probably 300 pills, and it feels like such a waste of space for a bottle of 30 (but I can fully appreciate the company using already manufactured bottles that can fit a variety of pill sizes and quantities).

If you turn the bottle upside down all the pills fit within the lid and the neck of the bottle and the rest will be completely empty.

Why sell containers that are less than half full?? Wasteful Packaging! Maybe increase the number of supplements or slightly reduce the size of the bottle a bit?     I always wonder if I'm getting what the bottle says when I buy supplements. And after testing at "almost the lowest level" he's ever seen, my doctor recommended I get a D3 + K2 supplement. These two vitamins work together. The D3 is good for so many things, especially my bones and immunity. As he explained it, the K2 is necessary to make sure calcium is deposited in my bones rather than building up as plaques in my arteries.I've been taking this supplement for several months now and my last blood test showed my Vit D level to be back well within the normal range.Aside from it raising my D3 level, this pill is small and very easy to take. No sticking in my throat.My only negative criticism is about the packaging. The bottle is far too big, which means a large amount of plastic is used to bottle 30 tiny little pills. That's extremely wasteful and contributes unnecessarily to plastic waste. The manufacturer needs to do better. The big bottle is just a marketing trick and isn't fooling us into thinking we are getting more. The bottle is plainly marked as containing 30. Please consider using an appropriately sized bottle.

When my doc told me that my Vitamin D level was almost the lowest he'd seen in all his decades as a doctor, I was very concerned. He told me to be sure to get the Vitamin combined with K2 since they work together to help you use calcium for your bones and not deposited in your arteries as plaque.He put me on a 3 month regimen of a pretty high dose and I was happy to be back to normal at the 3 month mark. That told me this supplements brand includes what it claims.I've been buying this brand for about 3 years now and am very pleased with it. The small capsule size is very easy to swallow, so that's a great bonus!I highly recommend this supplement!

    I have not started the product yet, but I’m sure it will be good as everything else I have ordered from Live conscious was a helpful product. My concern and issue is with the packaging. I ordered the 120 day supply/ 2- 60 day supplies and they could have all been fit into one bottle that was much smaller than each of these; especially considering they are plastic. As you can see, there is plenty of room in each of these bottles by where I indicated with the white line. So, like I said, so far, great products, but packaging changes should be considered.

Supplements are in question these days as to if they work or really have what they say in them, fillers etc...I have had Vitamin deficiencies for decades. Not many supplements work for me I don't absorb so I have Thyroid Hashimoto's which I need desperately Vit D. I have tried many brands just Vit D3 and now Vit D3with K. I have not been able to get my Vit D levels past 30-40 range in the past 10+years no matter what I do and eat to boost this. I just started this brand a couple months ago suggested by a Vit D Deficiency group I follow (I take 2 daily) and BOOM Vit D level is 77!!! Just ordered more!!! Hope this helps anyone struggling with VitD3 Deficiency.

Finally decided to take a chance and bottle arrived next day! Took from Amazon delivery person early in the morning and product in fabulous condition when I opened it. Safety seal was on and when I removed the safety seal, there was a small whoosh of air that escaped with removing safety seal. The little packet to absorb moisture was inside with pills. Not one pill was clumped together with another one. So happy I ordered this product and hope remaining orders will be as great! Great product for cardiovascular health!

    I wanted a solid dose of Vit D (10,000 IU) along with my Vit K2 as MK7 (200mg) this option delivers. There is a nice coconut oil aroma from the jar, though I've never had issues with the smell of any Vit D or K2 this one smells pleasant. The only issue I had was that when I received the bottle and opened it, about 90% of the pills were one big blob. I shook it a few times to break them up and it didn't work. I was about to kickoff a return on Amazon, however, I broke the blob up enough to get it out and found it wasn't hard, solid. I was able to break up the pills back into individuals and put them back in the bottle. There was a silica gel packet in there, it was winter (low humidity) and so not sure what happened, unless one of the small capsules is leaking. Nonetheless, I'll most likely but these again.

It almost worked too well because the last time I had my levels checked, I was almost over the limit. I guess your vitamin D levels should be between 30 and 100 and anything over 100 is considered toxic. My levels were 30 and below and went up to 90. My doctor told me I should probably Back off the vitamin D a little bit so now I take it every day

This pill is in fact so small that it's actually not even possible for it to contain 10,000 IU of D3 as well as 200mcg of K2. This one, 10K D3 pill is smaller than every other 5K D3 pill I've ever taken. It's suspicious, and even the name of this company seems fishy. "Deal supplements"? Guess I'll just be throwing the rest of these away and buying from a more reputable company.*****Updated review.Ordered a 10K IU from another supp company that I'm more familiar with, size -wise, it was identical to the ones received from Deal Supps. Though the size of the pill is smaller than indicated in other photos in the listing, it seems to be consistent with what other companies are delivering their 10K IU pills in. Guess when it comes to micrograms, they just add more filler to make the pills easy enough to grab and swallow.

The first bottle I ordered was easy to put into the daily supplement containers. However the second time I ordered the gel caps were all stuck together like a bunch of grapes. That made it difficult to separate them enough to remove them from the bottle. They did not separate easily. I'll keep taking it, but perhaps try different brand.

Vitamin D3 is needed to optimize immune function, besides it more well-known role in calcium metabolism/bone health. Professor Bruce Hollis, known as the "Godfather" of vitamin D research, has spent decades researching vitamin D's many desirable effects upon the human body. It is worth watching some of his interviews, some over an hour, on what he has learned from his research on vitamin D. The USDA daily dose of Vit D is from old research, and is the dose required to prevent bone disease, rickets, which is weak , or soft bones. Doses higher than the USRDA may be advantageous to optimize immune and calcium metabolism. Magnesium and Vitamin K2 is very important in calcium metabolism, and compliments vitamin D in attaining proper calcium metabolism. It was summer, so I assumed I could get enough vitamin D/conversion from the sun. I was disappointed to get my lab results in September 2023 and see that my Vitamin D level was 39. That's too low for optimized health and immune system function. I started these soon after, and just had my labs drawn 3/12. I'm quite impressed and relieved that my vitamin D level is now up to 89 at the end of a cold, dreary winter. That's a true testimony to supplementation! I was unsure about this brand because of the price, but I gave it a try for several reasons: coconut oil based, contains correct form of vitamin D (D3), contains adequate proportion of K2, and the cost can't be beat. I do take 10,000 i.u. daily.

Just got my blood test back and my vitamin D level is actually *too high now (105) where it usually is deficient. So I will be switching back to this brand but reducing my intake of it. It does work!!

When I finally talked to her and showed her what I was taking, she said 10,000 IU is way too much and I shouldn't take more than 2,000 IU a day. She said this amount is given to people who are on the extreme side of deficiency and even then they don't take it everyday... Just beware and talk to your doctor first.

    I bought these instead of the high priced ones being advertised on TikTok. These are a great alternative and the price point is great. These have a good coconut flavor. I haven’t been taking these long enough to notice any effects though.
