They are easy on the digestion and of great value. I love the ingredients in this supplement I just wish there was more information on the bottle.

    I am a mature 50 something guy who tries to exercise regularly and I take daily vitamin supplements without fail. I added this to my routine and started taking one daily with my evening meal. It did not upset my stomach at all and it did not keep me up at night. I don't know if I was getting any boost of energy per se, but I didn't note any ill effects either. I waited until I had nearly completed 2 months to provide this review so that it would have time to take effect. I will say that I seemed to be able to focus when I needed to and mental clarity was not an issue. am thinking of getting a second bottle and continuing this journey while also incorporating some sea moss into my routine. I will update this review if something drastic occurs. Hope that helps you today.

    Loved this product it does work and give you a boost for your day but the taste is not that great so use it in tea with honey it helps with that.

    It could be doing something. I have no clue because I have multiple issues affecting my stress and fatigue. It may be making me calmer. I take many supplements. It sometimes makes me nauseous if I take both supplements at the same time. So, I would suggest drink hot tea, milk, or orange juice with it, not water, if you do. I do this because I usually eat only once a day, which is not good. It is probably best to take one each with a meal like breakfast and dinner, or however you would like.

    I wasn’t a huge fan of using shilajit for energy because I just couldn’t get past the taste no matter how hard I tried. Although these particular sticks were the best way to take shilajit. They tasted more like honey which made it bearable. Kind of expensive for the quality though.
