    I haven’t tried the product yet, so this isn’t a review on its effectiveness. I counted the capsules as soon as it was delivered, and there was one missing. (Half the capsule was there, but there was barely any black powder in the container, so idk what happened there). Hoping this is a one-off. If not I’ll just cancel my subscription.

    I haven’t tried the product yet, so this isn’t a review on its effectiveness. I counted the capsules as soon as it was delivered, and there was one missing. (Half the capsule was there, but there was barely any black powder in the container, so idk what happened there). Hoping this is a one-off. If not I’ll just cancel my subscription.

    I’ve been on this for over a month now, on my second order of 60 capsules. I needed this for an increase in stamina, alertness and it’s health benefits. I started a new job on the third floor which was taking a toll on my knees and wanted to fall asleep just before the work day was over. I tryed this and it increased my stamina throughout the day. However, taking one capsule or two made no difference. This did not help with extra brain focus which I wanted. I started taking another capsule not putting name brand that was had Ashwaganda, vitamins, and herbs. This seemed to give me more benefit that I was looking for. This third month I am going to stop taking the shilajit to see if are any changes.

    It may work for others but it literally did nothing for me, Im not bashing the company. The best Shilajit I’ve ever taken comes in an actual Tar rock that you have to break up. Anyways maybe the dosage isn’t strong enough idk. But I Felt nothing after a month. I’ll try another brand and update.
