I have taken many of the 10 ingredients this product has separately, especially the shilajit. Taking regular shilajit is super stick and gooey, but with pill so easy. And having the other 9 is amazing, I wont list them because you can see them on the web page, but all solid great stuff. The benefits of shilajit alone are too numerous to list. I love love this product and plan to order more. I have had no digestive issues while taking and have felt great. All natural stuff and 2 months supply to boot. Another great feature is that although the shilajit that is used comes from the Himalayas the rest of the product is bottled in the USA.

I'd also been learning about the health benefits of other ingredients such as turmeric, stinging nettle, black pepper, etc. This product has them all so it was worth a try. At first I was skeptical but after the first week I did notice increased energy. I'm not a fan of taking pills so having to take only 1 is a big deal for me. The price is very good considering it's a 2 month supply. Very happy with the results of this product and it's formulated in the USA.

    I am a mature 50 something guy who tries to exercise regularly and I take daily vitamin supplements without fail. I added this to my routine and started taking one daily with my evening meal. It did not upset my stomach at all and it did not keep me up at night. I don't know if I was getting any boost of energy per se, but I didn't note any ill effects either. I waited until I had nearly completed 2 months to provide this review so that it would have time to take effect. I will say that I seemed to be able to focus when I needed to and mental clarity was not an issue. am thinking of getting a second bottle and continuing this journey while also incorporating some sea moss into my routine. I will update this review if something drastic occurs. Hope that helps you today.

Now I just take the pea size amount in my coffee each morning and it keeps me going all day. Although it comes in a small package, a tiny pea size a day goes a very long way.

    It could be doing something. I have no clue because I have multiple issues affecting my stress and fatigue. It may be making me calmer. I take many supplements. It sometimes makes me nauseous if I take both supplements at the same time. So, I would suggest drink hot tea, milk, or orange juice with it, not water, if you do. I do this because I usually eat only once a day, which is not good. It is probably best to take one each with a meal like breakfast and dinner, or however you would like.

    Ok I was very hesitant to try shilajit in general because I wasn’t sure about ingesting a weird tarry looking substance but I was searching for something to help me improve my attention and focus. After doing research and it sitting in my Amazon cart for about 6 months I went for it and after consistently taking it for 2 months the benefits have been AMAZING!
