    This stuff works very well. My first couple bowel movements were larger than normal. But holy cow afterwards it gets crazy. I drive public transportation and getting to a bathroom is not always easy for me. So be warned stay near the bathroom because after the first couple of bowel movements, everything else was runny, I tried to eat bananas to stiffen it up, that didn’t work so well.

Cramping continued all the way through the fifteen days you will absolutely be in the bathroom the morning after and it will suck but I lost 8 pounds and while I can’t say this cleanse did it all it definitely helped on top of my diet and exercise.Day threeRead reviews and had my hopes up, yes this will flush you out and make it easier to go what they didn’t tell you is that you will cramp it’s not too too bad but it’s noticeable.

Only follow the directions if you are cool with several hours of aggressive squatting, make sure you have a fan and a good movie , several bottles of water and a sweat rag ready . I lost 3lbs the first day though so I guess that’s cool .

    When it says colon cleanse, it means just that! Did this along with a liquid fast and let’s just say I had it timed to a T! It’s best to take at a decent hour before bed. I knew between 7:30am-9am, I was in the bathroom. Afterwards I was free to move around. This helped with losing weight as well. I lost about 13lbs along with exercise

    The instructions said take one to two pills. Be aware I took two pills and it’s probably were too much for me. The pain in my stomach the cold sweat vomiting. It was too much. the ordeal lasted about 35minutes I literally felt sick, It was that bad. Maybe taking one pill would’ve been right dosage enough for me, two pills I took was too much, the product will make you go to the bathroom, which I did a lot but the stomach cramps was unbearable. I suggest starting with one pill and stay home don’t know why it’s a 15day cleanse this product you take it keep that ass home you will be in the bathroom.

After toast and coffee in the morning, it hit fast and continued throughout the day. Stomach unsettled all day as well.     This product works. I took it as directed around 7-8 hours ago. I’ve been up for 2 hours back and forth to the restroom. I will say the using the bathroom part isn’t the worst. It’s the cramps leading up to having to go. Excruciating. If your goal is to lose weight I’d say stick it out but you’ve been warned lol.

    When I purchase this I thought this was a 15 day course of detox, directions state take 1-2 pills before bed. I chose to try one as I did not know how it would react. So I have had this bottle for over 2 months and I have taken a total of 2 pills. Basically take one before bed over a long weekend because the next day you’re not going to want to leave your house. This pill definitely does its job however it is not a 15 day thing if you ask me. I now only take it if I feel extremely constipated and have been having issues using the restroom then I take one and plan to do basically nothing but be in the bathroom all the next day

I will take one and it worked, but not a lot. so fast forward to this week. I started taking it this week, the same dosage one a day I usually take it at 6 o’clock at night to give it time to run through my system, but this week I have been getting to work and barely making it so hence the subject line 2nd times the charm it’s definitely cleaning me out and making me feel lighter so for me one pill works

    I felt lighter and slimmer BUT I was in and out of the bathroom a lot, sometimes barely almost made it to the toilet because it would hit me when I was out driving. But the first couple days I experienced stomach cramps and nausea. I actually threw up a couple times. I would always take it at night and would have to use the bathroom early in the morning. Highly suggest being close to a bathroom at all times because yes it’s going to clean you out. Just be careful and mindful.

    This stuff works. I’ve always been someone that can rarely use the restroom. I have been trying all types of gummies and probiotics and NOTHING works. I was going on 3 weeks without a bowel movement so I ordered these since everyone on tiktok was talking about them working. My only complaint is the pain. I woke up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain and was so pale in the face I felt like I was going to pass out. After I used the restroom these effects went away but it did scare me a little bit. Don’t know why it hurt so much for me, as water is the only thing I drink and I drink it all day. Went from weighing 163.5 to 160.1 on the first day. Hopefully the days after don’t hurt as bad so I can continue using.🙂

    Everything doesn't always work for everyone, but these surely have been working for me. I am on day 3 and I am so glad that I started them on a Friday night so that I could get a feel for how they were going to work for me. I would for sure recommend that you drink water with electrolytes while doing this cleanse. I took two capsules on Friday night and they began working the next morning, caused some severe cramping, nausea, vomiting and sweating so I decided to try the electrolyte water on day two and that really helped with the symptoms. By day 3 I was already down 4 pounds, but I also reduced down to 1 capsule at night instead of 2 and will bump back up to 2 on day 6 to see how that goes.

    Im on day 3 and let me just say this stuff works, for the comments saying it doesn’t, i found out if u eat food before taking it, it won’t have an effect till u poop in the morning and then the pills start to kick in, so don’t eat a lot of food before taking it unless u want it to kick in mid day lol. My first day i took 2 pills at like 8pm woke up at 4am to severe cramps and probably went to the bathroom like 4 times. Second and third day wasnt so bad i feel like it gets better the more u take it. but do drink a tonnnn of water.

    I started taking this detox on Friday evening before bed, by 4 am Saturday morning I experienced stomach cramps, and after while sitting on toilet, felt like I was going to faint. body got sweaty and shaking. Totally fought the fainting spell feeling. Was scary. Went ahead and tried again on Saturday evening, thought maybe it was a first day thing. Saturday took effect by 2am and lasted 3 hrs. on toilet. Rest of both days felt different till about mid afternoon. Very effective. Skipping 3rd day.

    I took 2 capsules that night and woke up at around 3 am with abdominal pains and the urge to go! The pains increased by the minute and by day break I was doubled over with severe contractions feeling like I was in labor. I drank water and became nauseous and even had several vomiting episodes. This lasted for 24hrs. I did however poop lots but that part was very tolerable.

    I’m only on day two so I’m going to give it four stars initially. I’m reserving a star for my final review. But I am in the group of people that don’t write reviews but this definitely lives up to the previous reviews -My final review will NOT be in 15 days. I can’t imagine making it that long. Let me start this for you by stating that “cleanse” is way too gentle of a word for the process that is about to take place. It’s an aggressive flush, or tsunami of anything that’s been in you since birth.I started out with two pills on day one before bed as directed. I woke the next morning, about 8 hours later and had an extensive bowel movement. I’m pretty sure I excreted things I ate in the 8th grade. So cleanse it does. I had bathroom visits a few times that morning. The rest of the day I felt good/normal except I would not roll the dice and think I just had gas. That’s a bet I probably would have lost.The second night (last night)- I took two pills again at around 8pm. Why 8pm? I was getting into bed to watch a movie with my husband and I was afraid I’d fall asleep without them. What I should have been afraid of was falling asleep without an adult diaper. I entered the gates of hell at around 2am. The gut wrenching cramps and liquified contents of my entire body consumed the next three hours of my night. Every time I thought “well this is it there literally cannot be anything left” Dr Bo proved me wrong and I am pretty sure I am getting rid of food I haven’t even eaten yet.I’ve lost 3 pounds, 4 hours of sleep, a pair of great shorts and a little dignity.But I will try 1 pill tonight at 10pm and see if I can make it through the night. I will not make it through the 15 days though unless I’m also looking to get rid of some internal organs and my marriageStay tuned. Or not. Up to you.Oh- please invest in the plushest toilet paper you can find or use cotton pads and a gentle patting motionTrust me.

    First off .. I was going to track my progress but like most people said .. I couldn’t make it past the 1st day. The stomach ache /pains every couple hrs is not something I can do for 15 days .. I was on the toilet every couple hrs and I feel a lot lighter and my stomach is flatter . I wish I had the guts to keep going but I can’t ! I do recommend this cleanse if you can finish it !

Otherwise I suggest you wear a diaper for some wet muddy farts that’ll soak through and give your pants a nice tiger stipe. It’ll look like a motorcycle did a burnout on your undies.

    I been trying to lose my stomach and this is really helping me. When I first tried it I was taking two pills and that was a big mistake. The running to the bathroom and stomach cramps were bad so I stop taking two and just started taking one and not everyday. I haven't weighted myself yet but I will soon but I have notice my stomach going down and I'm losing weight but I'm also eating better and working out. I recommend it but not for the weak or if you have important things to do because you will be in and out the bathroom.

    I just got my bottle and can't wait to try it! I have heard so many good things about this product. The only thing that concerns me is that I take other supplements and I don't want to affect the effectiveness of those products as they have been doing what they are supose to do. I am just looking to boost or build on my positive health results. Fingers crossed. Everything looks great it.It arived on time in good condition. I am impressed so far .

    It definitely work! However, it can become hell on wheels with fighting for the toilet. Worse part is the cramps! Ohhhhh. The 💩 isn’t eay either due to going so much that you but become sore. And guess whattttt??? I only took one because the time I took two it had m cramping so bad. If you can handle those two issues, go for it but it’s a NO for me!

    My bidet broke and I just didn't do that math correctly, unfortunately. A bidet would have been a VERY handy thing to have for this... process. Advised. I feel like someone has sprinkled my bottom with cayenne.I took one capsule the night before and thank god I work from home because one was enough and was VERY effective. And also... Inconvenient. 10 hours since I got out of bed and it is still working, which continues to be inconvenient. Let's just say I am afraid to go to bed. It started out with just a lot of, uh, solid movement - but by the end of today it had moved on to Montezuma's Revenge.Here is the thing - the herbs in here, especially Cascara Sagrada, are strong laxatives. Unless you have ongoing challenges in this department, there is NO need to do this to yourself for two weeks straight. Yes, you will lose some (temporary) weight - it's why laxative use is one method common with people who have EDs.I will admit I did loose an entire 1.2 pounds today - and I am sure it was all weight that would have left my body by less intense means, although perhaps not as quickly. However, given that I saw signs of my lunch in my most recent restroom excursion, there appears to now be a clear path from entry to exit, and also tells me that am not completely digesting my food. This also means that I am actually robbing my body of nutrients now. I have no need to do this to myself again tomorrow. Please be careful, everyone. It's very effective. Even the bottle says "occasional use" on it.

    I took two pills lastnight around 7pm around 9pm i started having mild stomach cramps as listed would happen on the bottle. I woke up about 12am with severe stomach cramps and fought through those for about and hour before i could get some rest (I have three kids and the stomach cramps almost had me in tears!!). The morning i got up about 6am and it was ready to rumble to the bathroom! The cramps subsided but the bathroom breaks are frequent but not as frequent as I imagined. The first few times were intense but through out the day the bathroom breaks became less often. If you can handle the cramps I would recommand as it does what it says it will do but for me I refuse to take anymore LOL 😀. Also it says 15 day clense thinking one would take a dose daily but the instructions say to take occasionally so yeah! If your ready to poo your life away for a day go for it!!!

    Warning! DO NOT take if you aren’t ready to be in the bathroom all day!!! This worked so quickly that I had bad cramps even after going to the bathroom. Not sure how healthy this product is because when I tell you it made me regret taking it after that first cramping pain. But it does clean you out to the point where you get tired of getting up and going to the bathroom.I do not give it a 5 star just for the simple fact that if you have a weak stomach this will hurt!

    This is a good product it takes a little over 24 hrs to work at first but after the first day or 2 it gets better

    I've had issues going to the bathroom since starting a new medication. I've tried a lot of different supplements stool softeners, fiber powder, magnesium,enemas, salt water, you name it this WORKS and it works fast. Take it the night before and by the end of next day you'll feel all cleared out. It hurts for a bit when you gotta but gives so much relief in the long run. So glad I found and purchased this product
