I would recommend taking this on your day off during the day time like with breakfast this way u don’t have a sleepless night and still able go to the bathroom .

    This stuff works very well. My first couple bowel movements were larger than normal. But holy cow afterwards it gets crazy. I drive public transportation and getting to a bathroom is not always easy for me. So be warned stay near the bathroom because after the first couple of bowel movements, everything else was runny, I tried to eat bananas to stiffen it up, that didn’t work so well.

Yes, there’s obviously cramps as to be expected with this product but I’m not having more than is normal when I have to go to the bathroom. I usually go twice a day with this. Do not take before work or before bed...don't ask...just..nod and agree. Does it do what it says? Oh yeah! No cramping or anything but you'll know when it's time to go. Just clinch, smile and get to the bathroom as fast as you can. Turn the water in the sink on to hopefully help drown out the explosion that's about to occur. Or scream to freak your kids/significant other out ...when they ask what's wrong, simply tell them it's fighting back.

I knew between 7:30am-9am, I was in the bathroom. Afterwards I was free to move around. This helped with losing weight as well. I lost about 13lbs along with exercise

The madness has finally stopped at 10:00am. I do feel less bloated I know if I get on the scale with all the crap that came out. I definitely lost four pounds. You’ve been warned if you purchase this don’t have plan that next morning. The only plans you will make is going to the bathroom for 4.5 hours. Proceed with caution but this was the best 10 bucks spent.

It was too much. the ordeal lasted about 35minutes I literally felt sick, It was that bad. Maybe taking one pill would’ve been right dosage enough for me, two pills I took was too much, the product will make you go to the bathroom, which I did a lot but the stomach cramps was unbearable. I suggest starting with one pill and stay home don’t know why it’s a 15day cleanse this product you take it keep that ass home you will be in the bathroom.

After toast and coffee in the morning, it hit fast and continued throughout the day. Stomach unsettled all day as well. I honestly don't know if I will take any more at all, let alone even 1 per day, for 15 days. Worse than the Colonoscopy cocktail! Holy moly...

I would also recommend purchasing some toilet seat handle bars, cut you are gonna be jet propelled poopin'!     Where do I even start !? I just received it in the mail yesterday took only ONE @5-5:30 pm ish and slept perfectly fine through the night, had a little bit of cramps but nothing crazy. I woke up today @7 and felt the urge to use the bathroom. I’ve already went about 4 times which is unusual for me. I immediately feel my body DETOXING. Not sure if it’s in my head but I feel and look lighter lol but it’s sooooo good I love it so far it’s great ! Will update once finished with the full 15 days :D

It’s killing hunger for food too, but find your trigger, what’s the most drink or food making you hungry?, and STOP eating or drinking that. As for me.., the trigger of hunger was a coffee, as soon i began to drink only water for drinks and taking 1 this pill in the morning per day, i feel no hunger, and crump were kinda sevire from bathroom cleansing only first 1 or 2 days .2. In order to avoid many runs to the bathroom, take not 2 pills per day, but 1 in the morning, if you have good access to the bathroom during a day ( you will go around 5 times to the bathroom within day time), or if not take it for tonight( I didnt try late evenings intake).One more time: will lose weight for sure with maintaining proper diet as i wrote above.

    definitely hurts like the reviews said, it took a really long time to hit. I took two at 6:30 pm and it didn't hit till noon the next day when I had just gotten to the gym. definitely be careful lol

I will take one if these in the evening and and normally the next morning to afternoon I am using the bathroom with no problems. Sometimes I will need to take 1 for days in a row but not very often. These are much better than any exlax, I don't experience any cramping. I will say Sometimes you get a little gassy but that's why I take mine before bed lol.

    I saw the popular 15 day cleanse on TikTok but I didn't want to wait 2 weeks. This came next day. I took 1 around 4pm and another around 9 pm. Nothing happened. I took 1 or 2 around 10 am. By 12pm it started working. It's 6 pm and my stomach is still feeling unsettled. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't for the fact that I have to go to work in the early morning. I have the type of job that before I can go to the bathroom someone has to relieve me. I'll be playing a dangerous game going to work feeling like this.     When I purchase this I thought this was a 15 day course of detox, directions state take 1-2 pills before bed. I chose to try one as I did not know how it would react. So I have had this bottle for over 2 months and I have taken a total of 2 pills. Basically take one before bed over a long weekend because the next day you’re not going to want to leave your house. This pill definitely does its job however it is not a 15 day thing if you ask me. I now only take it if I feel extremely constipated and have been having issues using the restroom then I take one and plan to do basically nothing but be in the bathroom all the next day

I lost 6 lbs the first week. I do get a small bit of cramping , but it's nothing uncomfortable and i'm not scrambling to get to the bathroom on time throughout the day. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water , especially right after taking it, before bed. I don't think I would use it for more than 1 week. It's that effective!

    I would say the following might be TMI, but this is a cleanse product so I assume you came to the comments for this kind if info:This works well, but I have only been taking one pill. The packaging suggests 1 pill for a few days, then 2. I think taking 2 would result in a "shock and awe campaign" on my colon and I dont feel that would be a fun way to spend my morning.I take 1 before bed with a glass of water, relax in bed for an hour, then sleep 7-8 hours. Within half an hour of getting up, I have to go. It is a good sized movement, not very loose. It feels a bit urgent, but not like i have to run to the bathroom or am risking an accident. About 30min later, I need to go again. It is a bit less and looser. Over the next hour, I go 1 or 2 more times, with the looseness increasing but the volume decreasing. Then it is done.My plan is to use 1 pill a day for 2 weeks, then wait the 6weeks the package suggests and do it again. That way I'll get 2 gentle cleanses for the price of one and not have to worry about violent movements wrecking my mornings

At least for me, when I wake up, I immediately have to go to the bathroom.The first week, I took one capsule just to be safe. I know it says to take too but you never wanna put your body through so much stress when doing something new. And then I went with 2 capsules as instructed. Just be sure you’re near the bathroom when needed! I don’t talk about my weight but for those who don’t think it works.. it definitely does. I feel lighter and lost 2lbs already. The bloating has gotten down. And honestly, recommend this for those who wants a jump start on their weight loss journey. I know it’s hard to start, and even when you work a lot (like me) and don’t have time.

The pills really kicked in around 11:00Pm that night and I’m currently on the toilet the next morning 8/16 6:52 Am using the bathroom again before heading out I will tell you this water activates the pills so the more water you drink you will be using the bathroom little to no cramps and I feel lighter on my feet tonight I’ll be taking 1 pill instead of 2 overall I will recommend

It's day 3 .....I have gone to the restroom 2 times a day with mild occasional cramping. The 30 year old who is also the thinner has been going to the restroom like crazy and having lots of cramps. She is not happy however still in it🙂 The youngest has had only a few mild cramps and visiting the toilet maybe twice a day. Taking at night with no restlessness. Will update when we reach day 7👍

    I felt lighter and slimmer BUT I was in and out of the bathroom a lot, sometimes barely almost made it to the toilet because it would hit me when I was out driving. But the first couple days I experienced stomach cramps and nausea. I actually threw up a couple times. I would always take it at night and would have to use the bathroom early in the morning. Highly suggest being close to a bathroom at all times because yes it’s going to clean you out. Just be careful and mindful.

    This stuff works. I’ve always been someone that can rarely use the restroom. I have been trying all types of gummies and probiotics and NOTHING works. I was going on 3 weeks without a bowel movement so I ordered these since everyone on tiktok was talking about them working. My only complaint is the pain. I woke up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain and was so pale in the face I felt like I was going to pass out. After I used the restroom these effects went away but it did scare me a little bit. Don’t know why it hurt so much for me, as water is the only thing I drink and I drink it all day. Went from weighing 163.5 to 160.1 on the first day. Hopefully the days after don’t hurt as bad so I can continue using.🙂

I am on day 3 and I am so glad that I started them on a Friday night so that I could get a feel for how they were going to work for me. I would for sure recommend that you drink water with electrolytes while doing this cleanse. I took two capsules on Friday night and they began working the next morning, caused some severe cramping, nausea, vomiting and sweating so I decided to try the electrolyte water on day two and that really helped with the symptoms. By day 3 I was already down 4 pounds, but I also reduced down to 1 capsule at night instead of 2 and will bump back up to 2 on day 6 to see how that goes.

My first day i took 2 pills at like 8pm woke up at 4am to severe cramps and probably went to the bathroom like 4 times. Second and third day wasnt so bad i feel like it gets better the more u take it. but do drink a tonnnn of water.

    I started taking this detox on Friday evening before bed, by 4 am Saturday morning I experienced stomach cramps, and after while sitting on toilet, felt like I was going to faint. body got sweaty and shaking. Totally fought the fainting spell feeling. Was scary. Went ahead and tried again on Saturday evening, thought maybe it was a first day thing. Saturday took effect by 2am and lasted 3 hrs. on toilet. Rest of both days felt different till about mid afternoon. Very effective. Skipping 3rd day.

    This product really works for me….I took two capsules from day 1-3 and I reduced to 1capsule. Now I will say I skipped one (day4) because I was drinking alcohol..However I’m on day 5 now and still taking 1capsule at bed time…Now let me tell u. I have always felt So bloated and uncomfortable. I was not regular going to the bathroom. I’d feel uncomfortable having breakfast sometimes because I was still bloated from the day and night before….Until I started taking this Gut cleanse…I feel so lite and an empty feeling in my stomach. I feel gud!This really works.I’m not someone that likes writing reviews BUT this deserves a review!I would recommend this Mika MicAmor Git cleanse.

The pains increased by the minute and by day break I was doubled over with severe contractions feeling like I was in labor. I drank water and became nauseous and even had several vomiting episodes. This lasted for 24hrs. I did however poop lots but that part was very tolerable.

You need to make sure that you are home and close to the bathroom because within 30 to 45 minutes you will be on the toilet. This is perfect if you work from home like I do. If you have to go to somebody’s corporate job, do not take these pills. You need to plan accordingly!! I took one pill a day for 15 days just because I wanted to make sure it didn’t make me feel crazy. After taking the first pill, I was in the bathroom within 30 minutes.     Naturally there are many reviews about products, especially supplements because our bodies all react differently. Some more sensitive or less sensitive than others. So I didn’t really take into account others experiences, I needed to try it for myself. Yes it does it job like magic! I didn’t do it to lose weight but to have that gut cleanse and that’s exactly what I got. Yes be near a bathroom, no I didn’t wake up middle of the night cramping. I took it around 7-8pm & Yes it took effect the next morning. As expected, when things are a rumbling in there, you will get a like discomfort but nothing terrible. I would advise to stay hydrated, replenish your electrolytes cause it can cause dehydration when going so often. Not a personalExperience but I am a nurse and just want to make sure to all stay informed. I personally chose to do 2 days on, 1 day off, then 2 days again as my body is a bit sensitive. Highly recommend for a good gut cleanser. I cannot attest to weight loss as it wasn’t a goal so I didn’t weigh myself but I do feel less bloated and more energized.

There were moments I thought i wasn't going to make it and I swear I seen Jesus reaching out a couple of times! Will I be doing this again ugh YES! it's an amazing products especially if you have sugar carvings and can not go to the rest room this is a must have I have not carved any sweets at all and I am very known for my sweet tooth. But overall great product get you some!

    I’m only on day two so I’m going to give it four stars initially. I’m reserving a star for my final review. But I am in the group of people that don’t write reviews but this definitely lives up to the previous reviews -My final review will NOT be in 15 days. I can’t imagine making it that long. Let me start this for you by stating that “cleanse” is way too gentle of a word for the process that is about to take place. It’s an aggressive flush, or tsunami of anything that’s been in you since birth.I started out with two pills on day one before bed as directed. I woke the next morning, about 8 hours later and had an extensive bowel movement. I’m pretty sure I excreted things I ate in the 8th grade. So cleanse it does. I had bathroom visits a few times that morning. The rest of the day I felt good/normal except I would not roll the dice and think I just had gas. That’s a bet I probably would have lost.The second night (last night)- I took two pills again at around 8pm. Why 8pm? I was getting into bed to watch a movie with my husband and I was afraid I’d fall asleep without them. What I should have been afraid of was falling asleep without an adult diaper. I entered the gates of hell at around 2am. The gut wrenching cramps and liquified contents of my entire body consumed the next three hours of my night. Every time I thought “well this is it there literally cannot be anything left” Dr Bo proved me wrong and I am pretty sure I am getting rid of food I haven’t even eaten yet.I’ve lost 3 pounds, 4 hours of sleep, a pair of great shorts and a little dignity.But I will try 1 pill tonight at 10pm and see if I can make it through the night. I will not make it through the 15 days though unless I’m also looking to get rid of some internal organs and my marriageStay tuned. Or not.     I don't typically write reviews but I feel this one is necessary. It definitely DOES work however on just ONE the cramps are absolutely unbearable. I can not imagine how 2 would feel, even after drinking plenty of water. After taking 1 full one with constant trips to the BR and cramps that I felt could kill me, I decided to test something by taking HALF of one by opening up the capsule and pouring half out instead of taking one full one. The cramps are still there but much more minor and bearable and not as many trips to the BR (this way you can take it half way through your shift at work, which I did, and only have maybe 1 or 2 trips before bed by the time it kicks in. I prefer to take it in the morning so by the time i get home, i can go about my business in peace.) That being said I drank 4 bottles of water today with the half. On my day off I will try drinking 4 bottles of water and see if that helps when taking 1 (can't recall how much water i drank the first time, it might've been 3 bottles) and I'll update if I had similar results to the first 2 times or if i still felt like asking god to save me from this hell. Another side note, while taking the 1 full capsule, I couldn't finish one meal because of the amount of trips I made and every bite led me right back to the toilet. That being said, if you're not afraid of pain and don't mind meshing with your toilet seat, you'll be fine. If that thought puts you off but you're still willing to try much like I did......God speed my friend.

Make sure you take the entire next day to day and half off from absolutely any and everything you are doing and be within toilets reach. I lost about 8 pounds from doing this 2 times 1 week apart. The first time was because of constipation issues, the second was because after the exorcism of my body, I didn't have a bowel movement for an entire week and was very very worried lol.. so did it again, and it wad perfect timing right before an almost week long camping trip so if the same no pooping thing happened, then that's fine lol.. another exorcism and same thing. So just chalked it up to really really really working..Side note: it does make you cramp pretty bad, I thought I was going to cry a couple of times once it started kicking in. I had taken it the night before like people suggested and the cramping literally woke me up. It's probably different for everyone , but just from my personal experience, the cramping was vicious. And I did as one girl suggested, not to do it on your period, and I'm so glad I didn't lol probably would have been the death of me. The reviews saying they don't work, I'm baffled. 100% not sure how!Lastly, it says 14 or 15 day cleanse, but if you read the bottle it says for occasional use. So don't do it that many days in a row. Take it before bed and baby you’ll be cleared out in the morning…but in a non invasive way and it doesn’t upset your stomach or make you go all day. I love these

I’m currently on my health journey and I really have tried this during fasting days when I did really good with my eating… now this week I indulged in a few bad habits and took this at 11pm last night it’s 5pm and I have used the bathroom 3x now each time a little less and less comes out. NOW the actually tummy pain you will experience is not for the weak!!! Me actual kicking my feet down when it’s time because your body will purge a bowel movement even if it’s little to nothing. I will use this once a week if I need to get on track (2 pills) and my regular smooth move tea at night to stay regular and that has less tummy pain but still will get the job done. Good luck

    I been trying to lose my stomach and this is really helping me. When I first tried it I was taking two pills and that was a big mistake. The running to the bathroom and stomach cramps were bad so I stop taking two and just started taking one and not everyday. I haven't weighted myself yet but I will soon but I have notice my stomach going down and I'm losing weight but I'm also eating better and working out. I recommend it but not for the weak or if you have important things to do because you will be in and out the bathroom.

I feel like someone has sprinkled my bottom with cayenne.I took one capsule the night before and thank god I work from home because one was enough and was VERY effective. And also... Inconvenient. 10 hours since I got out of bed and it is still working, which continues to be inconvenient. Let's just say I am afraid to go to bed. It started out with just a lot of, uh, solid movement - but by the end of today it had moved on to Montezuma's Revenge.Here is the thing - the herbs in here, especially Cascara Sagrada, are strong laxatives. Unless you have ongoing challenges in this department, there is NO need to do this to yourself for two weeks straight. Yes, you will lose some (temporary) weight - it's why laxative use is one method common with people who have EDs.I will admit I did loose an entire 1.2 pounds today - and I am sure it was all weight that would have left my body by less intense means, although perhaps not as quickly. However, given that I saw signs of my lunch in my most recent restroom excursion, there appears to now be a clear path from entry to exit, and also tells me that am not completely digesting my food. This also means that I am actually robbing my body of nutrients now. I have no need to do this to myself again tomorrow. Please be careful, everyone. It's very effective. Even the bottle says "occasional use" on it.

    I took two pills lastnight around 7pm around 9pm i started having mild stomach cramps as listed would happen on the bottle. I woke up about 12am with severe stomach cramps and fought through those for about and hour before i could get some rest (I have three kids and the stomach cramps almost had me in tears!!). The morning i got up about 6am and it was ready to rumble to the bathroom! The cramps subsided but the bathroom breaks are frequent but not as frequent as I imagined. The first few times were intense but through out the day the bathroom breaks became less often. If you can handle the cramps I would recommand as it does what it says it will do but for me I refuse to take anymore LOL 😀. Also it says 15 day clense thinking one would take a dose daily but the instructions say to take occasionally so yeah! If your ready to poo your life away for a day go for it!!!

Not sure how healthy this product is because when I tell you it made me regret taking it after that first cramping pain.     So first off, yes it works. And it works very very well. I can NOT complete the 15 days because it's honestly painful and the constant bathroom breaks are unbelievable.It does get rid of bloating, and I feel like it helps with weight loss to kick start you. But it's annoying because you're literally a slave to the bathroom. I am a regular I don't really ever deal with constipation, my true motives are weight loss. And I feel like it really works to kick start your diet and help you remove all the unnecessary stuff so you can feel light and fresh.But the process is almost torture, at least for me it feels like torture. I hate this happening to me at work, several times an hour I had to run to the bathroom taking this at night like it says... I ended up counting down how many hours it took for me to become a slave to the toilet. For me it's 8hrs so I started counting down for the cramps to happen around the time I get home from work. But unfortunately it's never accurate to the countdown, and the constant bathroom breaks last for several hours I'll be up several hours at night. I always have to literally run to the bathroom. But the cramps are the worst! It's so paintful!!!!I started this 4x already and couldn't finish the 15 days but I have been taking notes to my experience. What I did notice is that if you eat healthy and drink a lot of water it's not as horrible. So it motivates me to eat clean and stay hydrated so I won't suffer. You guys may think I'm being dramatic but I swear this stuff is awful. I can't tell you how many times I almost cried, if it wasn't for my spouse in the other room saying "I told you so" to not take this because they make me go to the bathroom so often in a hurry, and Neenah i grunt in pain. My spouse wonders why I am torturing myself. I also wonder the same thing.. lolI know this is TMI, but it smells so bad too when I'm in the bathroom, that's another thing that sucks like at work I run to the other bathroom away from my office so I won't raise suspicion of leaving that awful smell behind lol!The reason I mention that is because it never smells that bad like me in general, and it makes me feel that all the "bad" stuff is getting flushed out, just like it advertises. So remember, don't trust your farts, maybe do yourself a favor and start it on a weekend when you don't work so you can test the waters and see if you can handle it, or if you're a big baby like me. When you wipe go easy on yourself lol cause friction you know. You'll be wiping so often you're going to given yourself a rash or make it feel like it's a rash! Buy some of the flushable wipes. And get ready for a 15 day trial of hell. I laughed when amazon asked me if I wanted to take a picture for my review, lol. Umm no thanks ill traumatized you guys with pictures.

    So first things first this works excellently. One thing I will stress is stay HYDRATED!!! It says to take 1-2 pills with 8oz of water I say drink way more than that. I drunk about 30 oz of water actually more. This lessons any potential unpleasant side effects such as cramping or upset stomach leading up to having a bm. This is not my first time using this product so I knew what not to do. This is great for those times where you feel kind of sluggish and need a good cleaning. I would not suggest you take on days you have to go to work. Unless of course you work from home and be close to a toilet. Overall great product and doesn’t leave you feeling like you have to rush to the bathroom when it’s time to use it once again only if you stay hydrated!

I've tried a lot of different supplements stool softeners, fiber powder, magnesium,enemas, salt water, you name it this WORKS and it works fast. Take it the night before and by the end of next day you'll feel all cleared out. It hurts for a bit when you gotta but gives so much relief in the long run. So glad I found and purchased this product

And I couldn’t take 2 capsules because it made my stomach hurt so bad in the middle of the night so now I take 1 only in the morning instead, to “go” but I wouldn’t recommend taking them before a big day. You will need to be near a bathroom!

    I love this products, they really do what they say will do.I have been using the " 15 Day Cleanse" and the" Water Weight Away" together, and my God!...the easiest 13 pound I have lost in my entire life.Here are some suggestions that can be helpful for some of you thinking of trying this products.- Keep you electrolytes on check.- Know your body (deciding on taking one or two pills really depends on your body)-Take a day or 2 off every 5 days.- If you are a woman, I will highly recommend to start this combo after your period.- If you spend most of your day out, I will recommend to take this a couple of hours before going back home.

    Highly only recommend taking one at a time and drinking water with electrolytes before and after because this stuff makes you GO. Multiple times.There will be cramps.It’s usually typically 1-4 times with one pill.With 2 pills, it was 10 times in a matter of a 24 hour period😂 i felt great afterwards but i was dehydrated for sure.However my weight dropped a 2 and a half pounds on the scale after all was said and done. So it does work. You don’t realize how much junk you have built up in your body until you do these.as a binge eater who is soon to be a bride, i think this is a life savor.gonna try to do one pill a day for 15 days and see where it gets me... fingers crossed

    If you take 2 pills, make sure you are home all day, and close to your toilet. I made the mistake and went to work. Ended up using an Andy Gump and a gas station bathroom, now I take 1 a day and it is more controllable. Just know where all the Starbucks are, usually the cleanest bathrooms. So far I am down 5 pounds.
