    I had just started a new job and was on my feet all day. I was waking up in pain everyday. I had been taking this sea moss for over a week and thought it wasnt helping. The next morning i woke up and all my pain was gone. The longer i took it, it started giving me more energy than i had for a long time. After working 5 days i spent my first day off cleaning all day, it is now evening and im barely even tired. Cant wait to see if it affects my blood pressure after taking it a little longer. Great stuff. I feel great

    I do not like to write reviews, but I wanted to write this one in case anyone wasn't sure if this stuff works! It does! i have tried lots of supplements that promise a lot and deliver very little. I keep a journal where I write down my energy level each day - 10 being the best. Last year, I only have a handful of 9's and no 10's! I have 9's and 10's most days now. My bowel movements are normal now and I feel great! I am surprised that it worked so quickly, too. Nothing had changed expect for taking this.

    I would be lying if I told you what this product does I can’t say for sure what it do, but I can say one thing I feel better when I take it and I take it just the bottle says and it’s My second bottle my body feels different when I don’t take it so I take it every day and I feel great so I know it’s doing something. I just don’t know what I go to the restroom more regular and my stomach don’t seems to be bloated as much as it used to. I do know I tried to stop taking it and my body didn’t feel as great as it did when I was taking it so I started back taking it and this is my second bottle, so I know something to it and my weight is staying consistent. I love it.

    When I bought this, I was skeptical about all the raving reviews but I was a little desperate to find some dietary supplements which would help me achieve my walking goals (I walk 7 miles on a regular day, 10 max). I’ve swallowed 2 pills everyday religiously for about 3 weeks now and I can tell you with 100% certainty I feel the difference.I have lots of energy in the morning from the moment I wake up. Before I’d always be in a bad mood at the end of the day for some reason but now I feel less stressed and my moods have changed for the better. I also noticed more bowel movements throughout the day. I read it can cause some constipation but that definitely wasn’t the case for me. I just drink plenty of water and have a high-fiber diet. The pills are a little on the big size so buyers take note. I know that the benefits outweigh these minuscule detail. At least for me it does.

Went to go get my eyebrows cleaned a month later and the eyebrow lady was telling her worker while cleaning my brows " its hard to thread because they have gotten thick and strong". and i did realize it was a bit painful than it was before taking these. I do feel a difference in mood but its you who makes the good/focused mood last, you can just sit there and waste your day or push yourself to do the things you have to do but are delaying, so don't take this thinking this will help me become disciplined its you who has to take the action and say no to things and stand on it and doing the work but yes taking these pills you will feel a bit of ease in your mind but it is also easy to brush it off and tell yourself its 'all in my head" and that this isn't really doing anything. But give it a shot you wont die if it don't nor get deadly side effects and you can also gift it to someone who religiously uses this or introduce it to someone and guaranteed they have seen an ad about this product and thought about getting it. I follow a healthy routine with foods etc ..     I’ve never had an issue with falling asleep or staying asleep until probably about a year ago. I’m now 46 and have struggled with falling asleep even after taking prescribed medication. It can take me 2 to 3 hours until I actually fall asleep after getting in bed. After taking these pills for a week, I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow and sleep very deeply throughout the entire night.! They are a complete miracle!!!!

    So guys I am back to tell you what happened to me after a long time. I will be off from work and I will plan on doing a bunch of things but guess what? After I manage to do one, I said one that will be it. Since I started taking this medication energy from no where bam. Washing clothes, cooking, going shopping, cleaning, going up and down the stairs several times I could not believe it. I became scared to say it to people for fear that the good feeling will go away. My God. all I want to say is thank you for making wise and smart people to come up with a miracle in a capsule. I lie down on my bed and started to talk to myself saying how come I don’t have any pain any more? You know what. God bless you.

    This stuff really works. I've been taking it for 2 weeks now and could tell a difference in 4 days. I drink alot of water but my bowel movements would be dry and I would feel constipated. I've even increased the amount of vegetables that I eat and would still have issues. Since i started taking this my bowel movements have gone from 2 a week to 5 sometimes 6 times a week.Now that i have added this to my daily routine my digestive is working like it should and energy level is also good. I will be ordering more of this before I run out of the first bottle.UPDATE (4-7-23) I WENT FOR MY ANNUAL CHECK UP AND MY NUMBERS WHERE GOOD. MY WIFE JUST ORDERED HER FIRST BOTTLE.

    This is an awesome supplement! I felt like myself again in 2 weeks time of taking this! Being from the caribbean I have always drank seamoss but since I can't find good quality seamoss where I am living now, I decided to use this. My brother recommended this brand and He was right! I have more energy, less pain in my joints, and an overall great feeling witin my core; like I used to feel when I was in my 20s! (I'm 51 now). I highly recommend you trying this brand if you are looking to feel better, and get healthier overall! I am almost done with this bottle and will buying on repeat as I can't do without this! Of course you must consult your doctor 1st, but I highly recommend! Love this!!!
