    I used these for 3 months before reviewing them. At first I thought I felt a little burst of energy. Then after I just kept taking them bc of the health benefits . No other changes for me. I didn’t get sick or anything other than allergies while taking these. Though my son a my mom and partner did have a few illnesses during this time. Easy to swallow pill. I just took them both at the same time. No taste. Slight vitamin smell. No affect on my skin.

    The quality of this product is fantastic and I love the way it makes me feel. I was skeptical at first, but it covers so many areas that are needed in a daily basis for good health. They don't smell terrible or taste bad. I can tell a difference in only a couple of days. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a decent supplement with lots of goodies in one.

    Gives plenty of energy and had my digestive system working as it should but it has a fat burner in it and you’re going to sweat. Hours after my morning workout I’m still pouring with sweat. Great that I’m burning calories but challenging being the sweaty guy at work. In a nutshell it’s does what it says but the side effects may not be worth the discomfort.

    I took it twice a day, every day for a month now, and have begun bottle #2, since I'm now a couple days past the point of being able to return it, or I would.I did have high hopes it would be of benefit, as several friends had highly recommended taking Sea Moss, and this seemed like a good option.However, for me, it's not unusual for few products to have some kind of actual, noticeable effect, maybe it's the downside of already being in pretty good health. For those suffering from various dietary/nutritional deficiencies, supplementation may have profound effects.On the plus side, even though I was a few days beyond the Amazon refund period, the manufacturer was kind enough to refund my payment.

    I’ve been taking these for a week now and have noticed the following results. (One pill with breakfast and one pill after dinner).1. It does give me a slight increase in energy and a slight added focus and clarity while at the office.2. After drinking the recommended 8oz of water after each pill, I’ll take a massive dump. The kind that smears the toilet bowl 💩. It does cause me to pass a lot of gas which I need to be careful about at work. My poor wife has had to put up with some nasty Dutch oven toots at night as well.3. For whatever reason I get very tired by 8pm which is a bit of a bonus because I have trouble staying asleep during the night. These pills have allowed me to sleep 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I wake up feeling very tired, but by 8am and ready to take on the day.I’m not sure if I will buy them again. I’ll have to wait and see how my body adapts to them over the next three weeks. Pros: slight increase in energy, mental clarity, regular dumps, better sleep. Cons: causes me to pass more gas than normal, I’m very tired by 8pm and struggle to stay awake.

    I wanted a product like this to help with energy and try to get more essential nutrients. I’m not sure about the second part but the first has definitely been true. I haven’t felt shaky or super hyper, but rather just less tired. There hasn’t been a 3pm slump since I started these a week ago. I also find that I’m waking up with more energy before I even take the pills. I feel like my sleep patterns have improved.

    Feels so good to take all in one vitamins instead of buying several. Haven't been taking this long, but already I can tell my stamina, sleep and mental clarity are improving. Beginning to feel more like myself again. My body really must have bren missing some of the 92 minerals of sea moss. I'm excited to see what other improvements are headed my way by the time I finish the bottle. Really hoping to lose a few pounds now that I'm sleeping better and not munching through the night. Night sweats have improved a bit too. Definitely a good buy for post menopausal women.
