    I do not have any problem taking vitamin I took it for 30 days didn't really see much difference but I'm assuming everyone is different it's a great affordable price and definitely great ingredients this product carries but I still don't feel it did anything for me. I recommend that you try it cause everyone is different. But definitely I would not buy it again because I have no use for it.

    Product seems to be OK, but it’s like you’re getting punished. If you don’t buy the other product what do I mean?? The price that you paid for two and mind you the seamoss you have to take two capsules per day so it’s better that you get the 120 day capsule but the price is Highway robbery and I’m not seeing a major change versus when I was taking a complete multiple supplements of my choice for what works for me overall the bargain is better for me by buying them separately as I said before the price that they charge for two verses if you bought CMOS by itself, it’s not a big difference therefore as I said, I’m gonna see as I weld this product works and this is my second bottle of 120 days and if it doesn’t measure up I’ll definitely let you know.

    So I got these about a week ago and took 2 capsules (per the directions) after I ate breakfast. It took roughly about 45 mins before I noticed it kicked in and something was wrong. I was way too fidgety, stuck staring at my computer screen (barely getting work done on time) I started sweating (not too bad though). I start work at 8:30am and by the time 2/3pm came, I was dozing off 😭🤦🏽‍♀️😂 I couldn’t keep my eyes open. Luckily, I made it to the end of the day (5pm), went home and went straight to sleep lol. The next day I didn’t take any pills at all. The day after I just took 1 pill, instead of 2. Now that was a way better balance! Gave me just enough energy I needed for the day and I wasn’t dead to the world when 2pm came around lol. If you guys decide to buy them and it does you like it did me, try 1 pill a day instead of 2. Hope this helps ☺️
