    I came across Shilajit as a product to assist with rebuilding my gut bacteria, and Papnami appears to be a top brand on the market with a high nutritional value. It appears to be helping break up what I thought have been inguinal hernia symptoms but may be more some toxic intestinal or prostate build-up. After a little break, a second bottle was purchased from Amazon to further evaluate Shilajit's effect. So far, so good!

If you don't want effects to dilute on that, don't mast*rebate too much because it's not going to help if you keep coming faster and expect med to work because you develop a habit.Helps quite a bit increasing the stamina for all physical activity, along with this one, make sure to pressure yourself as much as you can then this medicine will work wonders.

    I like how it contains a medley of herbs and roots, less having to purchase all these different pill bottles. I’ve tried the raw shilajit that melts and tastes weird, those are good for antioxidation… these ones are meh ok I guess with the anti oxidizing properties, however the addition of herbs and roots provides other benefits such as energy, nutrition, and good if you wish to pop a stiff erektion with pre-cvm… maybe tmi but idc, just being honest and let potential buyers know what they’re getting into.

    I bought this because it's supposed to have some very important minerals in it. I figure... if the Japanese eat it, it must be good for you. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing if this is beneficial or not. So, I just take it every day, and expect that one day I'll know whether this supplement is helpful to me or not. I'm sure that my body is benefitting somehow. The one star deduction is only because I don't have more information on this product to know what it does or does not do.

    For me, this product is not good ; after taking one about an hour later i felt jittery and had a weird over stimulated hyper feeling ; i had this same effect with Yohimbi bark once.i think its to much of a stimulent for my metabolism. i was better off trying the shilajit on its own it might be one of the other ingredients that is causing this. It still might be good for others but if you are sensitive to stimulents it may not be good for you . Im giving 4 stars because others had good results......

    I started taking these a few weeks ago and yesterday I felt so good, I was in such a good mood and in high spirits after taking these. I believe my mood was due to these vitamins. They take a while to kick in so if you don’t feel a difference after a couple weeks, just try another week, I take these in the morning so I’m not sure how they would affect my sleep

    It’s hard to know when supplements are effective. This one I know is because I stopped taking it for a few days and noticed a fog return to my head. This is both encouraging and also slightly concerning. Be careful with these and use in moderation. I have started to take only one some days and skip some days all together to avoid becoming to dependent on it.

    I have low energy on most and since I’ve started taking this supplement my energy level has gone from 0 to 100 I also got my mom to try it and now she wants my whole bottle, to add to that I’m often overwhelmed stressed and isolated but now my mood has improved as the days go by I’m more and more outgoing I even have a trip planned and I’d usually turn down all fun activities long story short I love this supplement
