    I take this at night and I get a restful sleep and wake up refreshed. Holy cow! No one is kidding about vivid dreams! Last night, I dreamt about work, where there was at a pizza party, where the grocery operations manager personally thanked me for my hard work and left with a slice and a box of pizza ..lol. In spite of the unpaid overtime I put in at work during REM, I still woke up refreshed before my alarm went off and laughed about my dream. I don't feel as sluggish. I am cautiously optimistic as my energy levels can change depending where I am on my cycle. All I can say now is so far, so good

    Woow if you want a product that makes you feel relaxed and calm, this product is the one. Especially for very anxious people who need to switch off those invading thoughts that don't let you rest and only keep you worried. I recommend it because I have social anxiety and I have noticed things that would have affected me before now I just don't give it importance and I just continue with my life so happily 😊. Just one thing if you are not an anxious person this one might be so strong for you and might give you too much relaxation. But overall I highly recommend it 👌 👍

I do know that I appear to be sleeping better and feel more energetic when I wake up in the morning. For a post-menopausal woman for whom sleep has been a serious problem for a goodly number of years, any Improvement in my sleep is golden. Jing is the "personal energy" supply in Chinese Medicine theory and is difficult to increase. It is likened to wax on a lit candle. Things like american ginseng are said to replenish jing. And Shilajit is said to, as well.

After searching and reading for hours I found this incredible product from papnami.com. It not only included the three supplements I was looking for, but included others I have been taking for years. Bought it, and have now been taking it for three weeks. My energy is up and more pronounced. I believe it has affected my testosterone levels, as I feel more like I did thirty years ago. This has also replaced five separate supplements by incorporating them into one. My overall hunger pains have subsided substantially. One capsule is enough for me (the recommended dose)— I’ve tried taking two or three at a time but it can be overstimulating. Working out or studying— it’s good for staying motivated (like a caffeine high, but without the anxiety). Can take on an empty stomach and feel good. Also, drinking alcohol on this made me feel elated/euphoric, but it also makes me more sensitive to nausea and can give me a headache.

    I have been in a very toxic environment and have been detoxing and looking for ways to improve my health. Papnomi Shilajit has powerful beneficial ingredients such as Ashwagandha, Ginseng, Saw Palmetto, Maca, Tribulus Terrestris, Chaga Mushrooms, and black pepper. They state you should take it on an empty stomach. Although I have never taken Shilajit before I have read that it very beneficial to your memory and immune system which is important after being around toxic mold. I have taken vitamins and minerals all my life and it takes a little time before you feel the difference. Now when I don't take them for 1 day I feel the difference so I bought enough to last a year as it also helps with aging.

    This is my first experience with Shilajit. I will have to try other brands to see the difference but I have felt "better" after taking these. I can't put my foot on exactly what I feel but it certainly makes the days more tolerable and I have less body pain after just a week of taking it. This does have a blend of a ton of things so it could be one, or all of the ingredients as a whole making me feel better. I have taken some of the supplements listed on the bottle on their own and sometimes supplements just work when you combine them with other supplements. I wish I could compre it to other shilajit but I will have to try another brand and see how that works out. I will try and update after I've finished the bottle to see if anything else changes.

I take L-Arginine a little later, but before breakfast.A tablespoon of moringa powder w/ juice then stretching, light exercise, cardio, etc. With breakfast I have a multi-vitamin and it's ON for the rest of the day. As far as what's in the formula, seems like one of the better values for your money. I don't think the flavor rating matters, but I didn't want the score to drop. This bottle did sit around for a year before I tried it, just got lost in the hecticness of life somehow. I forgot I wanted to try it and found the bottle, what a pleasant surprise. Stamina feels better, less fluctuations in mood as well. I highly recommend trying this to see if you get the same results.

    Ever since I started to take this supplement, I have seen a major positive difference in the way I handle stressful and overwhelming situations. I am more calm and collected when facing a challenge and my mind doesn't race to the worst case senario anymore. I feel more at ease ans in control of my emotions. The capsules don't really taste like anything and the size of them are ok for me but might be something to consider for someone who has diffculty swallowing or someone that doesn't like to take multiples at a time (the bottle says 2 per day) I have had no side effects yet and hopefully I will not have any in the future.

I chose this brand because of its high Shilajit concentration and because it contained trace minerals my body needs. I have noticed a positive improvement in my energy levels since taking this supplement. I can take it with our without food because it does not upset my stomach. I am not a person to consume any caffeine as I always have trouble sleeping, but my work performance was suffering as I was given more work to do, longer hours and in general was feeling tired all the time. Good value for money. 👍🏾Plus it's 10000 mg, so it gives me an extra boost in energy, especially since I work 6 days per week. I realize that if I don't take it for a while, I feel very tired, so to stay alert, I take it.
