I'm not sure if I can account for all of the NAD+ claims, but it did give more energy and never felt a day-end crash. I have gone through 2 bottles now and have been without them for a couple of days, and I can say that I notice the difference. Will definitely order more!

Before I was almost comatose after eating my evening dinner, where I couldn't function and had to lay down to rest for a couple of hours before I could function again. I eat and am able to get up and clean the kitchen and function well before bedtime. I also sleep sounder, and have more consistent energy all day long. During the podcast he answered various questions about the efficacy of various supplements. Near the end of their discussion, the host asked him what supplements HE takes. He answered that he takes NMN, Resveratrol and NAD+ daily. I added Fabamax NAD+ to my daily routine and have been using it ever since. Even after waking up in the morning with 10hours of sleep, i was still feeling like my sleep was not enough. I didn't have energy to do anything. I get tired easily after doing 1 chores. And I used to take long naps in the afternoon. Especially feeling sleepy after eating meals.When I started taking this supplement, I began to noticed that I've been waking up after 6-8 hr sleep regardless of what time I went to bed and waking up with energy. Its like my body has its own alarm clock sets to wake up after 6-8 hrs of sleep. I don't feel as sluggish like I used to. I like that the full dose requires two pills instead of one because there are other dosages on the market that are 500 mg but I like to take this one instead because it's like getting a 60-day supply of 650 mg. (My last bottle was 1300mg, not 1600). I would be interested to see if the 1600 mg (800mg) dose would be better, but I haven't tried it yet. I read that NAD+ levels are highest in the morning, so I prefer to take this during my afternoon slump. I can feel the effects almost immediately and it's better than drinking a cup of coffee mid-day!

Someone or something must have forgot to put the desiccant package in with the pills. So, the jell coating on ALL of the pills became a super glued to each other. I literally had to use a pair of needle nose pliers to try to pull the pills out of the bottle all they would do is rip and spray their oily goo all over me. I'm highly annoyed by this!!! And they aren't cheap either $33! Their quality control was SEVERELY lacking or nonexistent on my particular order!

The capsules are smaller than other Double Wood capsules I regularly take and did not add appreciable volume to my preferred single mouthful of pills and capsules. My stomach does not normally get upset when taking supplements without food, and the addition of the Double Wood NAD+ has had no effect on my intermittent fasting routine.

I can't know if it's their version or NAD in general, however, as I have no desire to try it again. Took it on an empty stomach (as recommended on the bottle) before breakfast and quickly felt sluggish, weak, and irritable for hours afterwards. The rest of the day I was anxious and just felt off. Obviously your mileage may vary, but I'd pause and do your research before ordering. I wish I had passed on it.

    My mind tells me it works after reading the science behind it. But honestly have no way to measure its effects in the short or long term because its not the only supplement I take. I also take resveratrol, NAD+, and astaxanthin (a powerful anti oxidant). In order to figure out which gave me my energy and happy feet, I stopped taking supplements except astaxanthin and realized it was the one that gave me happy feet. The others may help with slowing aging but I dont know. I can tell you that I feel years younger than I did ten years ago and walk and work with more comfort, zest, and youthfulness. Ill be 61 end of may and looking forward to it. Hope you all find what works for you.

Due numerous health issuesI take several supplements vs the frightening side effects of meds. and their outrageous costs.Double Wood is a highly trusted brand among its peers. I have never been disappointed. This particular supplement is very beneficial to anyone and most everyone. It does take some time before your body will show the true benefits of NAD+ or any supplement. Especially if youre deficient and most of us are due to the poor quality of our food supply.     I am so grateful I found Maripolio Liposomal NAD+. I was diagnosed several months ago for late-stage disseminated Lyme Disease. I had struggled with Chronic Fatigue, along with joint, muscle pain, joint degeneration which came with depression. I initially had started with IV Nad +. But it is very expensive. I found that I could orally take the same doses which was far cost effective, didnt need to use PTO for lengthy infusions and no financial stress as this is way more affordable.There are many supplements that have come and gone in my cabinet, however this one has stayed. I'm approaching 40 and usually have enough energy to easily last from 7 am to midnight when I take this. My favorite part is that it's not a buzzy energy and there's no crash, it just feels natural.My blood pressure also goes down from high 130s/90s to my teen levels of 115ish/75ish.It also helps with my mental health. I take this as well as Ashwagandha, GABA and "Paradise Herbs Imperial Adaptogen" which noticeably helps my anxiety, depression and bipolar 2 symptoms. If you want actual NAD+ you should be taking nicotinamide adenine, which is not one of the ingredients in this product. I did take this for 1 month and I can't say that I noticed any major changes so I switched to a different product with NAD+ as the only ingredient.

    Ive been taking these now for almost 3 months, I feel a noticeable difference in my energy and stamina throughout the day, not getting the 3pm slump anymore, and my job requires constant focus swaps which arent frustrating me as much as they were before Ive also noticed. Life extension is probably the best and most trusted vitamin brand out there. Ive tried a few others for 3 months at a time and didnt notice anything different. Id rather spend a few dollars more for the quality. I also found the subscribe and save to be more cost effective and easy for me, I dont have to think about getting more and going without.

    Im forever trying to find supplements that work for me, my lifestyle and actually do something to make me feel overall better. Everythings not for everybody, and most of it is trial and error. My dads been taking these for a few years, and has been mentioning them ever since he started. We have the same genes, so I figured at the very least NAD would maybe add some pep in my step. It usually takes something like this a week or two to really feel any sort of difference from particular supplements, but I definitely felt more energy almost right away. This product works on a cellular level, and its always better to start there than taking something to treat something else. I like the idea of trying to extend my life, as well as quality of life, so the price of this is reasonable and works within budget. Will continue to take NAD for the foreseeable future!

I was skeptical about some of the claims, how could a little pill improve energy and a sense of well being without having caffeine and some other stuff. I gave this a try after doing my due diligence. It is more than I could have expected, it doesn't happen overnight but it will your favorite supplement within a week or two. I waited five and a half months before my review because I couldn't believe it was actually working for me. What I didn't do was wait to reorder it, I've done it five times now. My dogs love it too, they don't take it but they get out of the house with me, we go to the river and just generally do more. During this time I've also lost about 20 pounds. If you're on the fence, do it!

Not everything works for everyone.For what it's worth, pretty much all supplements don't seem to have any effect on me. Yet a buddy swears by some of them. Maybe its our body types or something. Within a couple days, I have noticed better sleep and better ability to focus. I believe I am in day 4-5 now, and libido increase is noticeable and way more energy. Still amazing sleep and focus throughout the day. It does feel like a younger version of myself.The price for this is also excellent when comparing with others. 2 capsules = 1000mg.     I'm starting my second bottle. Really can't tell any difference in taking these but I'll give it another bottle worth. My real reason for the review is the packaging. I like the Life Extension brand. I believe it to be a quality, trustworthy brand. But I simply dont understand why they used this large bottle to package 30 capsules. I use another LE product that contains 100 capsules and is in a smaller bottle. The capsules in this bottle barely cover the bottom of the bottle. It's so wasteful imo. I wish manufacturers were required to use packaging that was the actual size for the contents. I also take Nutrafol vitamins and appreciate how their glass bottle is only the exact size needed to fit the number of capsules inside.

With liposomal formulation, it would significantly enhance the absorption of NAD+ and therefore is expected to enhance its antiaging action. However, I wish the vendor provide a third-party test certification that verifies the amount (500mg/pill). It would be even better if the vendor can provide results of a small-scale human pharmacokinetics study to demonstrate that this formulation indeed enhanced the absorption in human (even a whole animal study would still be very helpful).

My memory is more easily accessible and cognitive processing speed has been enhanced. I can definitely tell a difference if I skip a day. The gelcaps are large, but easy for me to swallow. I've experienced no stomach upset at all from taking them. I'll be taking these daily as long as I'm able to find them. Thank you for an excellent product!

I rely on vitamins , herbs and a few other supplements. I feel this supplement has stablized my blood pressure and has helped with my memory. I take milk thistle for my liver health and feel that this is helping with that.One of the major reasons I ordered this is for my hair.     I am using NAD+ to treat my side effects from Levaquin. Those of you who are dealing with this problem know how bad it is. Levaquin can deplete the energy from the mitochondria (the powerhouse of your cell) it may even destroy your mitochondria and your cell DNA leading to ruptured tendons and muscle depletion. To be clear there is no cure for these devastating side effects. I have several things I am using in an attempt to restore my cellular energy.     Well uncertain as to where these are made, or what is in them. No lab verification. I've been using these for a few months with no discernable difference. I've purchased NAD + from other sources that were a lot more expensive and had lab testing confirming the ingredients with better results. Another red flag, seems like all the positive reviewers only have ever made one review. Unlikely to be legit when you look at my profile I've been reviewing things for years. So the search is still out for affordable legitimate NAD+. I'll update this in future if I change or improve my opinion.

    My Dr recommend that I take NAD , and for a year I was taking a product that was a precursor to NAD, when I found out it was not actually NAD I was on the hunt to find one . With all the stress in the world today , premature aging hits many of us , studies show NAD helps with Healthy aging, mental clarity, DNA repair, and makes our cells more resistant to stress. Taken in the morning with breakfast it can also help regulate our sleep cycles. This product is great, I do not experience any side effects and after taking it for 2 months now, I will absolutely purchase this again. I have noticed less brain fog, and more energy.     At age 39, had a stroke, lots of cognitive issues afterwards, bad memory, poor problem solving ability, emotional control, just tons of issues. Started reading up on ways to heal the brain, and apparently N.A.D. is is naturally occurring in the brain, but after stroke, NAD levels are depleted. It helps preserve neural pathways, and repairs damaged cells. I started taking this and about 2-3 weeks later, it was like a light switch turned on. Either purely coincidental, or this stuff really did help. My wife read up on it, and started taking it as well, and helped with a shoulder injury that had been going on a long time. Much better now! Main thing to keep in mind is your body produces this already, so you are just boosting it, which can only help.

    This is the second bottle that I've purchased. I'm VERY healthy -- in fact, no health issues at all. I do everything possible to keep it that way. So when I read overwhelming research about how necessary this supplement is to the integrity of cellular function, I immediately tried it.Background: I read of a study many years ago, where scientists took a chicken embryo and fed it and cleaned it of wastes -- daily. They wanted to see it they gave it everything it needed, how long would it live. 40 years later, they stopped the experiment, because the embryo was still healthy and thriving. It was clear that as long as they fed and cleaned that embryo, then it would keep on living a healthy existence. That's why I do everything I can to give my body what she needs.They I can't say that I've noticed any difference, because I'm already incredibly healthy. And that's why I'll keep buying it.

I've read that NAD (not precursor) is a large molecule and doesn't get absorbed, not sure if liposomal helps. Did the company do the tests on NAD levels - does it actually increase it? So I didn't notice any energy boost, but when everybody in the house got sick with severe cold last winter, I'm the only one didn't get sick (and I usually not the strongest one at this), so I contribute it to this supplement since I wasn't taking anything else at that time.

    Monthly I have a NAD 500mg IV. And we all know pills are subpar to an IV. Also what the body absorbs is vastly different. I bought these to supplement the percent of NAD in my system between IVs. I feel these pills do work to small point, as I have also not taken them for two weeks and know I feel a difference in lack of energy and focus.NAD IV 500mg versus 500mg pill --- a 500mg IV will make you feel like your heart is jumping out of your chest and hot flashes if the drip is too fast. This pill, taking 1000mg, I feel nothing...Overall...I do not completely trust these pills are 500mg based on the interaction of IV versus pill absorptionNAD ( as an IV only ) however, for those who take focus medication and anxiety medication like myself in the past. For almost a year, I have not taken the medications due to NAD helping get rid of my lack of focus symptoms and less to no anxiety. I quit " cold turkey " both medications and had ZERO withdrawal, relying on them for over 3 years.

    Ive been taking this supplement for about a month and the only thing/feature I have notice is a dramatic increase in my libido. When they meant increase in energy they may have meant another kind of energy. At this age, I am not sure if I felt my dna repairing or cellular growth granted Im not sure how I can measure that in a given period to offer some response. But upon further research NAD+ impact reproductive health positively. I am just putting it out there. Ill still rate it a five star because I guess theoretically I felt 10 years younger in terms of my urges. I am not sure If I should continue taking this.

    I was new to taking NAD supplement. I had been told about them while receiving IV infusions and fighting an infection in my bone. I received it by IV the first two times at home. It was very expensive and Not something I could make a regular event. I tried several different supplements and for some reason this one showed the best long term effect as far as I could tell the difference after a week of regular taking and then I continue. The heavy Anibodics as well as other medications had me lethargic, very drained and unable to focus like before I had became ill. The bacterial infection in my leg bones was severe. (I. E. You might die severe). So I would have tried eating glass with no teeth if it would have worked. With that I noticed that my energy level had started increasing and focus was improving. I started letting me wife try it. She didn't know anything about it. Only that it was a supplement there would help you with your memory and focus which on her job was very important. she noticed a very positive change and asked me to order more.

Before I started taking them, I would find myself getting tired and sluggish around 3:00 PM, now I dont even realize 3:00 has come and gone.     I've used to buy a more expensive NAD+ brand because it was worth the money for the benefits it gave me. By accident I saw this Liposomal brand, and although I was skeptical about them pulling it off, I bough it anyway. I'm happy to say I'm switching to this because it just as good: feel a lot of energy and endurance, and my heavy weight workouts extended up to 2 hours because I can feel I can go on and on and on. I will update on this post after a year of use but this past month has been great.
