I didn’t get sick or anything other than allergies while taking these. Though my son a my mom and partner did have a few illnesses during this time. Easy to swallow pill. I just took them both at the same time. No taste. Slight vitamin smell. No affect on my skin.

The next morning i woke up and all my pain was gone. The longer i took it, it started giving me more energy than i had for a long time. After working 5 days i spent my first day off cleaning all day, it is now evening and im barely even tired. Cant wait to see if it affects my blood pressure after taking it a little longer. Great stuff. I feel great

    I do not like to write reviews, but I wanted to write this one in case anyone wasn't sure if this stuff works! It does! i have tried lots of supplements that promise a lot and deliver very little. I keep a journal where I write down my energy level each day - 10 being the best. Last year, I only have a handful of 9's and no 10's! I have 9's and 10's most days now. My bowel movements are normal now and I feel great! I am surprised that it worked so quickly, too. Nothing had changed expect for taking this.

The price that you paid for two and mind you the seamoss you have to take two capsules per day so it’s better that you get the 120 day capsule but the price is Highway robbery and I’m not seeing a major change versus when I was taking a complete multiple supplements of my choice for what works for me overall the bargain is better for me by buying them separately as I said before the price that they charge for two verses if you bought CMOS by itself, it’s not a big difference therefore as I said, I’m gonna see as I weld this product works and this is my second bottle of 120 days and if it doesn’t measure up I’ll definitely let you know.

    I would be lying if I told you what this product does I can’t say for sure what it do, but I can say one thing I feel better when I take it and I take it just the bottle says and it’s My second bottle my body feels different when I don’t take it so I take it every day and I feel great so I know it’s doing something. I just don’t know what I go to the restroom more regular and my stomach don’t seems to be bloated as much as it used to. I do know I tried to stop taking it and my body didn’t feel as great as it did when I was taking it so I started back taking it and this is my second bottle, so I know something to it and my weight is staying consistent. I love it.

    When I bought this, I was skeptical about all the raving reviews but I was a little desperate to find some dietary supplements which would help me achieve my walking goals (I walk 7 miles on a regular day, 10 max). I’ve swallowed 2 pills everyday religiously for about 3 weeks now and I can tell you with 100% certainty I feel the difference.I have lots of energy in the morning from the moment I wake up. Before I’d always be in a bad mood at the end of the day for some reason but now I feel less stressed and my moods have changed for the better. I also noticed more bowel movements throughout the day. I read it can cause some constipation but that definitely wasn’t the case for me. I just drink plenty of water and have a high-fiber diet. The pills are a little on the big size so buyers take note. I know that the benefits outweigh these minuscule detail. At least for me it does.

Went to go get my eyebrows cleaned a month later and the eyebrow lady was telling her worker while cleaning my brows " its hard to thread because they have gotten thick and strong". and i did realize it was a bit painful than it was before taking these. I do feel a difference in mood but its you who makes the good/focused mood last, you can just sit there and waste your day or push yourself to do the things you have to do but are delaying, so don't take this thinking this will help me become disciplined its you who has to take the action and say no to things and stand on it and doing the work but yes taking these pills you will feel a bit of ease in your mind but it is also easy to brush it off and tell yourself its 'all in my head" and that this isn't really doing anything. But give it a shot you wont die if it don't nor get deadly side effects and you can also gift it to someone who religiously uses this or introduce it to someone and guaranteed they have seen an ad about this product and thought about getting it. I'm on month 3 taking these.

    So I got these about a week ago and took 2 capsules (per the directions) after I ate breakfast. It took roughly about 45 mins before I noticed it kicked in and something was wrong. I was way too fidgety, stuck staring at my computer screen (barely getting work done on time) I started sweating (not too bad though). I start work at 8:30am and by the time 2/3pm came, I was dozing off 😭🤦🏽‍♀️😂 I couldn’t keep my eyes open. Luckily, I made it to the end of the day (5pm), went home and went straight to sleep lol. The next day I didn’t take any pills at all. The day after I just took 1 pill, instead of 2. Now that was a way better balance! Gave me just enough energy I needed for the day and I wasn’t dead to the world when 2pm came around lol. If you guys decide to buy them and it does you like it did me, try 1 pill a day instead of 2. Hope this helps ☺️

It does give me a slight increase in energy and a slight added focus and clarity while at the office.2. After drinking the recommended 8oz of water after each pill, I’ll take a massive dump. The kind that smears the toilet bowl 💩. It does cause me to pass a lot of gas which I need to be careful about at work. My poor wife has had to put up with some nasty Dutch oven toots at night as well.3. For whatever reason I get very tired by 8pm which is a bit of a bonus because I have trouble staying asleep during the night. These pills have allowed me to sleep 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I wake up feeling very tired, but by 8am and ready to take on the day.I’m not sure if I will buy them again. I’ll have to wait and see how my body adapts to them over the next three weeks. Pros: slight increase in energy, mental clarity, regular dumps, better sleep. Cons: causes me to pass more gas than normal, I’m very tired by 8pm and struggle to stay awake.

I haven’t felt shaky or super hyper, but rather just less tired. There hasn’t been a 3pm slump since I started these a week ago.     Feels so good to take all in one vitamins instead of buying several. Haven't been taking this long, but already I can tell my stamina, sleep and mental clarity are improving. Beginning to feel more like myself again. My body really must have bren missing some of the 92 minerals of sea moss. I'm excited to see what other improvements are headed my way by the time I finish the bottle. Really hoping to lose a few pounds now that I'm sleeping better and not munching through the night. It can take me 2 to 3 hours until I actually fall asleep after getting in bed.     This stuff really works. I've been taking it for 2 weeks now and could tell a difference in 4 days. I drink alot of water but my bowel movements would be dry and I would feel constipated. I've even increased the amount of vegetables that I eat and would still have issues. Since i started taking this my bowel movements have gone from 2 a week to 5 sometimes 6 times a week.Now that i have added this to my daily routine my digestive is working like it should and energy level is also good. I will be ordering more of this before I run out of the first bottle.UPDATE (4-7-23) I WENT FOR MY ANNUAL CHECK UP AND MY NUMBERS WHERE GOOD. MY WIFE JUST ORDERED HER FIRST BOTTLE.

    This is an awesome supplement! I felt like myself again in 2 weeks time of taking this! Being from the caribbean I have always drank seamoss but since I can't find good quality seamoss where I am living now, I decided to use this. My brother recommended this brand and He was right! I have more energy, less pain in my joints, and an overall great feeling witin my core; like I used to feel when I was in my 20s! (I'm 51 now). I highly recommend you trying this brand if you are looking to feel better, and get healthier overall! I am almost done with this bottle and will buying on repeat as I can't do without this! Of course you must consult your doctor 1st, but I highly recommend! Love this!!!
